Noi Thai Cuisine is the upscale Thai restaurant that the Bai Tong Group launched in 2012. Noi Thai Cuisine serves royal Thai cuisine created by master chefs of Thailand. The first location of Noi was in Bend Oregon. Now there are 3 locations of Noi Thai cuisine in Bend, Seattle, and Honolulu.
